Calle de Bailén, s/n, 28013, Madrid. Access the building through the Plaza de la Armería, located next to the Almudena Cathedral. Once the access control is completed, go to the counter of the company that provides the audio guide service to pick up your device.

  • The ticket for children under 5 does not include audio guide.
  • IMPORTANT: The time of ticket issuance may vary up to 30 minutes from the time selected during the purchase process.
  • It is essential to bring a valid ID card or passport.
  • Do not forget to bring a document that proves your reduced ticket status, in this case the Youth Card or an identity document showing that you are over 65 years of age.
  • Admission does not include access to the exhibition “Sorolla, one hundred years of modernity”.
  • Objects larger than 40 x 40 cm, such as bags, umbrellas or sharp objects, should be placed in the checkroom or lockers.
  • On certain dates, due to the high demand for this visit and in order not to create overbookings, what is done is a request for availability, it is indicated when you are going to make the payment. You will receive a reply within 72 hours informing you whether or not there are places available. If the reservation is less than this period, you will receive an urgent reply. The amount will be blocked in the reservation request to ensure that in case of availability there are funds to collect it.
