General information

  • The time selected during the booking process corresponds to the time of entry to the Royal Palace. The flamenco show will take place at the Flamenco Theatre at 8:45 p.m., except in July and August when it will begin at 8:00 p.m.
  • The ticket for children under 5 does not include audio guide.
  • IMPORTANT: The time of ticket issuance may vary up to 30 minutes from the time selected during the purchase process.
  • It is essential to bring a valid ID card or passport.
  • Before your visit, we recommend that you read the instructions for using the audio guide APP that you will receive by mail. Be sure to bring your own headphones and a smartphone with sufficient battery power on the day of your visit to fully enjoy the experience.
  • Do not forget to bring a document that proves your reduced ticket status, in this case the Youth Card or an identity document showing that you are over 65 years of age.
  • On certain dates, due to the high demand for this visit and in order not to create overbookings, what is done is a request for availability, it is indicated when you are going to make the payment. In a period of less than 72 hours you will receive an answer informing you if there are places available or not. If the reservation is less than 72 hours, you will receive an urgent reply. The amount will be blocked in the reservation request to ensure that in case of availability there are funds to collect it.
